Welcome to Yugantar Industries. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order for custom manufacturing or parts, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before utilizing our services.

1. Custom Manufacturing & Quotations

• Quotes: All price quotations provided by Yugantar Industries are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Accuracy of Drawings: For custom parts and bespoke cables, the client is solely responsible for the accuracy of all submitted CAD files, blueprints, and physical dimensions. We manufacture strictly according to the specifications provided.
• Tolerances: Unless specific tolerances are explicitly defined in the provided drawings, Yugantar Industries will manufacture products according to standard industrial tolerances.

2. Orders, Cancellations, and Returns

• Order Acceptance: An order is only considered accepted and placed into the production schedule once we have received written confirmation and the required deposit or purchase order.
• Cancellations: Due to the bespoke nature of custom manufacturing, orders cannot be canceled once raw materials have been cut, procured, or production has commenced. Cancellations prior to production may be subject to engineering and administrative fees.
• Returns: Custom-manufactured items (including custom control cables, machined parts, and specific assemblies) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless a verified manufacturing defect exists. Standard catalog parts may be returned within 14 days, subject to a restocking fee, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

3. Lead Times and Delivery

All production and delivery lead times provided at the time of quotation are estimates. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Yugantar Industries is not liable for delays caused by raw material shortages, shipping disruptions, or events categorized as Force Majeure.

Risk of loss and title for manufactured items pass to the buyer upon our delivery of the goods to the designated shipping carrier.

4. Intellectual Property

Clients retain all intellectual property rights to the designs, blueprints, and CAD files they submit to us. By submitting these files, you grant Yugantar Industries a limited license strictly to use these designs for the sole purpose of manufacturing your requested parts.

Yugantar Industries retains all rights to its proprietary manufacturing processes, internal tooling designs, and operational methodologies used to create the final product.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yugantar Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our manufactured products.

The client assumes full responsibility for testing and verifying that the custom-manufactured parts meet the safety and performance requirements of their specific end-use application. Yugantar Industries’ total liability shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for the specific defective product.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, Delhi.
